HEALTH AND SAFETY<\/h1>\n

GIMA SpA<\/strong>, through a Health and Safety Management System compliant with UNI EN 45001:18<\/strong>, intends to consistently maintain its commitment to aspects such as Health and Safety in the workplace, strengthening its competitiveness through a responsible and correct approach, supported by continuous improvement efforts. This will be achieved across all areas with a single objective: to keep our level of attention high, ensuring we are valued and appreciated for what we offer and for who we are. We believe that the protection of health and safety is, before being a legal obligation, a moral duty and an objective that all organizations should pursue. In fact, we are convinced that a healthy, clean, and safe work environment, where we spend a significant portion of our lives, is a necessary element for working better and with less stress. To clearly demonstrate our commitment to these issues, we have paid particular attention to complying with mandatory legislation and, when possible, going beyond legal compliance. We have developed work practices that ensure adherence to all national labor, health, and safety regulations, guarantee continuous improvement of our performance over time, and promote transparent and constructive dialogue with all our stakeholders<\/u>.<\/p>\n
